impots.gouv professional account: a new home page by the end of 2026

The tax administration is redesigning the espace professionnel home page during the last quarter of 2026: tiles instead of a list, “Déclarer” and “Payer” together, SIREN search whatever the number of files. Access rights do not change.

impots.gouv professional account: a new home page by the end of 2026

Before the end of 2026, the tax administration is redesigning the home page of the professional account on impots.gouv.fr (espace professionnel). Its fact sheets on the “Nouvelle ergonomie de la page d’accueil de l’espace professionnel” say the changes arrive “au cours du dernier trimestre 2026” — during the last quarter of 2026. Until the change reaches a given account, that account keeps the old layout.

This matters to anyone with an espace professionnel, mainly auto-entrepreneurs and small business owners.

What is changing

Before After
A list of services Tiles, each with its own icon
“Déclarer” and “Payer” shown separately Grouped for the same tax — if you have access to both services
Searching for a file by part of its SIREN (or IDSP) only in accounts with more than 10 files Searching by part of the number whatever the number of files
Appointment booking looked different from the personal account Brought into the same format as in “Mes Finances Publiques”

A few more changes from the fact sheet:

  • important notices and temporary service outages appear at the top of the page in a dark orange frame with a warning icon; general information sits on the right;
  • the navigation menu stays on screen;
  • the page adapts to a computer, a tablet or a smartphone;
  • the design follows the French state’s common design system (Design System de l’État — DSFR); the stated aim is a page everyone can use, including with screen readers.

What is not changing

The fact sheet is explicit that nothing is required of users: access rights stay the same, all the usual functions remain, and only the navigation changes. Supported browsers are unchanged: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari.

Tiles and files cannot be hidden, but services you no longer use can be removed under “Gérer mon espace” → “Consulter mes services (habilitations)”.

CFE

A separate fact sheet covers the cotisation foncière des entreprises (CFE). In an account that handles several files there are two routes: pick the file first with the “Sélectionner un dossier” button and then the “Avis CFE” service, or the other way round. Choosing “Avis CFE” first narrows the list to the files whose CFE notices you are entitled to see. CFE payment and direct-debit contracts are reached from a tile or the menu.

How you will hear about it, and where to get help

The tax administration says it will announce the switch by email and with messages on the account login page.

Help with online procedures: 0809 400 210 (described in the fact sheet as “service gratuit + prix appel”), Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00, or the online form on impots.gouv.fr under “Contact et prise de RDV” → “Professionnel”.
